Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What it costs
Shipping is free on every order. No handling fees, no surcharges added at checkout.
How long it takes
Typical delivery is around 8 days from the time you place your order. Some arrive sooner. During November and December, some take longer.
That is the number we actually see, not a best case. If your order is running late, email us and we will find out where it is.
Christmas delivery
Order by 12 December for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after that date will still ship, but we cannot promise they arrive in time — and we would rather tell you that now than at the end of December.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received one within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.
Wrong or undeliverable address
If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and reship it at no extra cost. Please check your address at checkout.
