1. Who we are
This store is operated by Glimmerfall ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and you must provide a valid delivery address in the United States.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including how long delivery actually takes and which parts are weatherproof. Screen colours vary between devices, so the exact shade of light you see on your screen may differ slightly from the product.
This product does not carry UL or ETL certification, and we do not claim any electrical certification beyond what our supplier can document. If certification matters for your use, please do not order without contacting us first.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout. If a price is listed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before charging you and you can cancel.
5. Orders
An order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing error. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
6. Shipping and returns

7. Safe use
These are decorative low-voltage lights for domestic use. Install them following the instructions supplied. Keep the power adapter dry and under cover. Do not modify the product or cut the cable. Connect no more than two sets end to end from a single outlet.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law, and nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Our content
The text, layout and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, where our business is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you ordered.
