Most outdoor lights just sit there.

String lights glow, they blink, and every third house on the street has them. Nobody slows down.

Meteor lights move. Each tube carries a run of light that falls from the top to the bottom, over and over, so a bare tree looks like it is raining light. Hang ten of them at staggered heights and the whole thing reads as weather rather than decoration.

Ten minutes, no ladder

Every tube has a loop at the top. Hang it over a branch, a hook, a railing or a gutter edge, plug the chain into one outdoor outlet, and you are done. Most people put up a full set before the coffee goes cold.

That matters more than it sounds. The reason most yards stay bare is not budget — it is the hour on a ladder in the cold. This removes the hour.

How many outlets you need

The power cord is 3 metres (about 10 feet) long, with a standard US plug. Two sets connect end to end and run from a single outlet. So one set or two sets need one outlet; four sets need two outlets, with two sets chained from each.

Worth checking before you order — it is the one thing people get wrong.

Built to stay outside all season

The tubes are sealed units. Rain, snow and a hard freeze are what they are made for. The one part that is not weatherproof is the plug-in adapter, so keep that under an eave, in a covered outlet, or in a weatherproof outlet box. That is the whole maintenance story.

They work indoors too — a stair banister, a window frame, a ceiling beam.

Which size

30 cm is the classic. Subtle in daylight, and it disappears into the branches until it lights up.
50 cm is two thirds longer and reads from across the street. For a large tree, a long roofline, or if you want the neighbours to notice, take the 50.

Not just for December

Warm white on a patio in July reads completely differently than warm white on a snowy tree in December. Most people leave one set up year round.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Hang them up. If they do not look the way you pictured, email us within 30 days and we refund you in full. If anything arrives faulty, send a photo and we replace it — you keep the original and pay no return shipping.

We are a small operation. A refund costs us less than an unhappy customer, and we would rather have your review than one more sale.

What is in the box

Ten meteor tubes, the connector cable that links them into one chain, and the power adapter with a standard US plug. Nothing else to buy.

Every tube has a hanging loop at the top and LEDs on both sides, so the falling-light effect reads from any angle you walk past it.

How to install

1. Hang. Loop each tube over a branch, hook, railing or gutter edge. Vary the heights — staggered looks far better than a straight line.

2. Connect. Click the tubes into the chain.

3. Plug in. The cord is 3 metres, about 10 feet. Two sets connect end to end and run from one outlet, so four sets need two outlets. Keep the adapter under an eave or in a covered outlet.

About ten minutes for a full set, and no ladder for most trees and porches.

Shipping and delivery

Free shipping on every order. Typical delivery is around 8 days. That is the number we actually see, not a best case.

Order by December 12 for delivery before Christmas. Orders after that still ship straight away, but we cannot promise they land before the 25th — and we would rather tell you now than at the end of December.

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Returns and the 30-day guarantee

30 days, no questions. If it does not look the way you imagined, email us and we refund you.

If something arrives faulty you do not need to ship anything back — send a photo and we handle it.

Questions people ask

Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes, if you order by December 12. Typical delivery is about 8 days.

How many outlets do I need?
Two sets chain together and run from one outlet. One or two sets need a single outlet; four sets need two. The cord is 3 metres, about 10 feet.

Can I leave them out in rain and snow?
The tubes are sealed and made to stay outside through the season. The adapter that plugs into the wall is not weatherproof, so put it under an eave or in a covered outdoor outlet.

How many sets do I need?
One set covers a medium tree or about 15 feet of railing. Two cover a large tree or a full porch front. Four cover most front yards.

Which length should I pick?
30 cm is the classic and disappears into the branches until it lights up. 50 cm is two thirds longer and reads from across the street.

Is it UL or ETL certified?
No. Our supplier does not hold those certificates for this product, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. It is a low-voltage decorative light for domestic use.

Can I hang them indoors?
Yes. They work on a stair banister, a window frame or a ceiling beam.

What if a tube stops working?
Email us a photo. We send a replacement and you keep the original.
